Just three months after Amiga and its arsenal of 300 games was bought by Writers Group Film Corp for $500,000, news has emerged that it will be launching many of its classic titles in the App Store, just in time for iOS 7′s game controller support.

So, just as Amiga recently announced the games’ imminent arrival on Android via Google Play, you’ll also soon be able to hook up a controller and play a slew of classic titles on your iPad, iPhone and iPod touch.

While iOS 7 is now live for all, there aren’t actually any Apple-approved controllers yet available for the platform, but when there is, this will significantly change the gaming experience on Apple’s mobile devices. Amiga says it plans to release its titles in the App Store in time for the 2013 holiday season.
